Dozens of Dutch jihadists are housed in a luxurious villa in one of the richest neighbourhoods of the Syrian city of Aleppo. They receive salary and training, and have to stay in service for at least one year, Dutch newspaper de Volkskrant reports in its April 20 paper edition.

The newspaper spoke to several Dutch parents whose sons – and in two cases, daughters – travelled to Syria to join the over two year old rebellion against the Assad government.  Before leaving their homeland, the youngsters sent their families vague messages such as, “You won’t hear from us in a while. We are going on a training course. Don’t worry”, or cryptic notes like, “See you in paradise”.

One of the parents recently received a photo from their son showing Dutch fighters at the edge of a swimming pool of a luxurious villa “in Haleb” (Arabic for Aleppo) which, according to the fighters, has been made available by “a rich Saudi”.

They also told their parents not to worry about their livelihood: “We receive one hundred dollars a month.” For the rest, they are reluctant in giving information. The parents assume that their phone conversations are recorded.

“The villa looks like a ‘Holland House’ where dozens of Dutch live”, they say.

“Ahmad”, a Syrian activist who on condition of anonymity spoke to de Volkskrant, said he knows the villa with the Dutch men. According to him, they are part of the Jabhat al-Nusra Front, the rebel extremist group with close ties to Al Qaeda that has been at the helm of the fight against the Syrian government.

“They live separated from other fighters because they don’t speak Arabic”, Ahmad said. “Only during the fighting they move among the others. There are also other non-Arabic fighters in the battalions, Afghans, Chechens, Turks. They take the oath to become anti-government fighters to Mohammed al-Jolani, the emir of Al-Nusra. Their freedoms as for where and how to fight are limited. But nobody goes to war without training.”

The concerned parents state that jihadists recruiting for jihad in the Netherlands should be criminalized.

Earlier this year, the chief of Dutch intelligence agency AIVD warned that Dutch citizens who are fighting with rebels in Syria could return home battle-hardened, traumatized and even further radicalized.

“I think many of the jihad fighters who go there realize very quickly it is less romantic than they were led to believe,” he said. “But at the same time they realize there is no way back.”

According to Turkish newspaper Haber Turk, Public Prosecutor Murat Gök was found dead in his home on April 12. No cause of death was mentioned, but unconfirmed sources report of supposed liver failure.

Since he went in office in 2009, Gök conducted many successful operations including cases of child abuse and for that reason was known as the “Super Prosecutor”.

He also was one of the prosecutors of former Dutch Secretary-General of Justice and known pedophile and child abuser, Joris Demmink, who has been accused of abusing Turkish minors in the 1990s.

Murat Gök was 41 years old and has an 11-year-old daughter with his ex-wife. He was buried on April 13 in Kıranköy, Uşak Province, in the west of Turkey.

On the occasion of his visit to the Netherlands on April 8, Russian president Vladimir Putin blasted the country for having an association which promotes pedophilia and defends pedophiles. Putins words came as a response to many critical voices from the Netherlands regarding the alleged restriction of the rights of homosexuals in Russia. Putin denied that Russia is going to restrict these rights. In his own words, Putin “also is the president of the gay”.

In addition to the president’s statement, Russian TV channel 1TV broadcast a documentary by journalists Ivan Blagoi, Kyril Boet Erin and Julia Zagranitshnova earlier this week on the Dutch pedophile association. Following is the translated and supplemented transcript of the documentary (video in Russian language below).

Introduction: “The association Vladimir Putin mentioned is called Martijn. Many members of the association are convicted of sexual crimes against children or have been sentenced for sexual offences. Even in an extremely tolerant country as the Netherlands, the existence of association Martijn concerns many citizens. The association had to cease its activities, but they however may remain free to spread their ideas. Our correspondent investigated the reasons why the pedophile association is able to be this powerful.”

“In this house, one hundred kilometers from Amsterdam, lives one of the founders of the association. As we can see, the neighbours don’t have too much sympathy for him: look at the smashed window and the broken doorbell. There is no nameplate on the door and behind the window is a video camera; he must have noticed us already. His name Marthijn Uittenboogaard, he is the chairman and founder of the pedophile association that he named after himself. The association has over 600 members and supports sexual relations between adults and minors, and advocates for the legalization of pedophile and sexual relations between grownups and children. The members don’t feel ashamed to express how much they suffer from the law that forbids them to abuse children.”

Uittenboogaard: “When they forbid you to scratch, that’s when it starts to itch. It becomes unbearable to the point that your life turns into hell.”

Russian journalist: “Dutch pedophiles have founded a political party for the parliamentary elections. They even have posted videos on the internet in which they propagandize having sex with 12-year-olds, they legalization of soft drugs for children and hard drugs such as heroin for adults. Only under pressure from society, association Martijn had to cease their activities for a while.”

An April 8 messaged at the website of the Dutch Public Prosecutor on the Martijn case says:

The Public Prosecution Service (PPS) does not reconcile itself to the decision of the court of appeal in Arnhem-Leeuwarden in the case against Vereniging Martijn and will therefore lodge an appeal in cassation. On 3 April last, the court of appeal judged that contrary to the PPS’s plea, the appeal of Vereniging Martijn may be allowed and that the decision of the court in Assen on 27 June 2012, must be annulled.

The court of appeal did not follow the PPS’s argument that Vereniging Martijn was not allowed in the case on appeal since, given the judgment of the court in Assen on 27 June 2012, it did not exist anymore.

The court of appeal shares the opinion of the PPS that the association trivializes the danger of sexual contact with young children, justifies such contacts or even idolizes them. And along with the PPS, the court of appeal thinks that this is a serious infringement of the sexual integrity of the child.

Different from the PPS, the court of appeal thinks that this infringement cannot be considered equivalent to social disruption; society is deemed defensible and flexible enough to handle this.

The PPS does not agree with this last consideration and is of the opinion that such an infringement indeed represents or may represent a social disruption. This is important when finding an answer to the question whether an association can be prohibited and dissolved.

Dutch female on-the-street interviewee: “The abuse of children and the destruction of their lives is a nightmare.”

Dutch male on-the-street interviewee: “I do not think there is room for them (pedophiles) in Dutch society.”

Russian journalist: “The Ministry of Justice motivated its decision by referring to freedom of expression, Dutch attorney Adele van der Plas states. (Van der Plas has filed several complaints against former Dutch Secretary-General of Justice and known pedophile, Joris Demmink). In the Netherlands there is a powerful lobby for the abuse of children, also by high-ranking individuals.

Attorney Van der Plas: “My client was in a child brothel where he had to please politicians and members of the government. One of the police officers who investigated the case, said he [also] was one of the witnesses. Joris Demmink is one of the suspects. At the time that permission was obtained to tap phones and to search the accused’s houses, the information of the obtained warrants leaked and the Ministry of Justice erased all traces.”

Russian journalist: “Let’s focus on Joris Demmink, former Secretary-General of the Ministry of Justice. He has more than once been accused of the abuse of minors. Against him are six declarations issued to the police. One of the alleged rape victims is Mustafa. His face [in the documentary] is blurred. He used to talk a lot so they cut his tongue. [Mustafa shows his scarred tongue]. He has no doubt that Demmink is the one who raped him.

“Look at him, he pretends he doesn’t have a clue!” [Mustafa indignantly tears Demminks picture out of a magazine].

Russian journalist: “It concerns events that took place mid 90s in Turkey. We turned to the Dutch Ministry of Justice for an explanation of the allegations against Demmink. They told us that these allegations are baseless because Demmink hasn’t been to Turkey at all in that period.”

Unidentified male interviewee: “Demmink was in Turkey under a different name. During that time, he had three different passports. He was the president of an organization involved in Turkish affairs. Saying as a president of such organization that you have never been to Turkey is like the Russian ambassador to the U.S. saying they have never been in the U.S. It’s just ridiculous. Hacktivist group Anonymous tries to prevent the Dutch pedophile group from continuing their activities. The pedophile case is a national tragedy in the Netherlands.”

Interviewee called Pastor Hendriks: “Here in the Netherlands between 15 and 20% of the population has been abused as a child. These are only minimum figures. Actual figures may be even higher.”

Russian journalist: “Pastor Hendriks is convinced that the problems are far from resolved. Dutch artist Maurice(?) Brinkman agrees with him. The memories of his childhood still horrify him.

Brinkman: “I have been abused during my childhood until I was sixteen. The abuser was the director of a public school and he also ruined the youth of fifty other boys. Three of them have committed suicide. The pedophile spent 1.5 years in prison and then cynically received a job proposal as a school teacher! Everyone knows that pedophiles can deal well with children and the rulers must have thought nothing but, let’s offer him a job in which he can work with children, because he is a good teacher.”

Russian journalist: “Meanwhile a child’s voice comes from the house of the most famous Dutch pedophile. Marthijn Uittenboogaard feels confident. His pedophile association has won a court case. (The Dutch court of justice prohibited the pedophile association in 2012 but in an appeal in March a higher court decided to reject the ban on Martijn.) According to the court, the existence of the association is no danger to society and should therefore continue to exist legally. The association may even exchange photos of children for personal use on its official website.”

Uittenbogaard stated to RT’s Ruptly.tv:

Physical contact between grown up people and children are healthy and some things we call sex can also be healthy. I think it is a very good healthy society when children can be naked, when they can enjoy their body and that they can be touched everywhere they want too. Everyone has pedophile feelings in themselves. Everyone, and it are very normal feelings, but some have them stronger than other people. You can’t do all the things with young children of course, but you can hug them, grasp them or caress them. I think we should be glad with the pedophiles in our society.

Libyans called it the eighth wonder of the world. Western media called it a pet project and the pipe dream of a mad dog. The “mad dog” himself in 1991 prophetically said about the largest civil engineering venture in the world: “After this achievement, American threats against Libya will double. The United States will make excuses, but the real reason is to stop this achievement, to keep the people of Libya oppressed.”

Gaddafi’s dream

It was Muammar Gaddafi’s dream to provide fresh water for all Libyans and to make Libya self-sufficient in food production. In 1953, the search for new oilfields in the deserts of southern Libya led to the discovery not just of significant oil reserves, but also of vast quantities of fresh water trapped in the underlying strata. The four ancient water aquifers that were discovered, each had estimated capacities ranging between 4,800 and 20,000 cubic kilometers. Most of this water was collected between 38,000 and 14,000 years ago, though some pockets are believed to be only 7,000 years old.

After Gaddafi and the Free Unitary Officers seized power in a bloodless coup from the corrupt King Idris during the Al-Fateh Revolution in 1969, the Jamahiriya government nationalized the oil companies and spent much of the oil revenues to harness the supply of fresh water from the desert aquifers by putting in hundreds of bore wells. Large farms were established in southern Libya to encourage the people to move to the desert. It turned out that the majority of the people however preferred life in the northern coastal areas.

Therefore Gaddafi subsequently conceived a plan to bring the water to the people instead. The Libyan Jamahiriya government conducted the initial feasibility studies in 1974, and in 1983 the Great Man-Made River Authority was set up. This fully government funded project was designed in five phases, each of them largely separate in itself, but which eventually would combine to form an integrated system. As water in Gaddafi’s Libya was regarded to be a human right, there has not been any charge on the people, nor were any international loans needed for the almost $30 billion cost of the project.

In 1996, during the opening of Phase II of the Great Man-Made River Project, Gaddafi said:

This is the biggest answer to America and all the evil forces who accuse us of being concerned with terrorism. We are only concerned with peace and progress. America is against life and progress; it pushes the world toward darkness.

Development and destruction

At the time of the NATO-led war against Libya in 2011, three phases of the Great Man-Made River Project were completed. The first and largest phase, providing two million cubic metres of water a day along a 1,200 km pipeline to Benghazi and Sirte, was formally inaugurated in August 1991. Phase II includes the delivery of one million cubic metres of water a day to the western coastal belt and also supplies Tripoli. Phase III provides the planned expansion of the existing Phase I system, and supplies Tobruk and the coast from a new wellfield.

The ‘rivers’ are a 4000-kilometer network of 4 meters diameter lined concrete pipes, buried below the desert sands to prevent evaporation. There are 1300 wells, 500,000 sections of pipe, 3700 kilometers of haul roads, and 250 million cubic meters of excavation. All material for the project was locally manufactured. Large reservoirs provide storage, and pumping stations control the flow into the cities.

The last two phases of the project should involve extending the distribution network together. When completed, the irrigation water from the Great Man-Made River would enable about 155,000 hectares of land to be cultivated. Or, as Gaddafi defined, the project would make the desert as green as the flag of the Libyan Jamahiriya.

In 1999, UNESCO accepted Libya’s offer to fund the Great Man-Made River International Water Prize, an award that rewards remarkable scientific research work on water usage in arid areas.

Many foreign nationals worked in Libya on the Great Man-Made River Project for decades. But after the start of NATO’s so-called humanitarian bombing of the North-African country in March 2011, most foreign workers have returned home. In July 2011, NATO not only bombed the Great Man-Made River water supply pipeline near Brega, but also destroyed the factory that produces the pipes to repair it, claiming in justification that it was used as “a military storage facility” and that “rockets were launched from there”. Six of the facility’s security guards were killed in the NATO attack, and the water supply for the 70% of the population who depend on the piped supply for personal use and for irrigation has been compromised with this damage to Libya’s vital infrastructure.

The construction on the last two phases of the Great Man-Made River Project were scheduled to continue over the next two decades, but NATO’s war on Libya has thrown the project’s future – and the wellbeing of the Libyan people – into great jeopardy.

Water Wars

Fresh clean water, as provided to the Libyans by the Great Man-Made River, is essential to all life forms. Without fresh water we simply cannot function. Right now, 40% of the global population has little to no access to clean water, and that figure is actually expected to jump to 50% by 2025. According to the United Nations Development Program 2007, global consumption of water is doubling every 20 years, more than twice the rate of human population growth. Simultaneously, every single year most of the major deserts around the world are becoming bigger and the amount of usable agricultural land in most areas is becoming smaller, while rivers, lakes and major underground aquifers around the globe are drying up – except in Gaddafi’s Libya.

In the light of the current world developments, there is more to the NATO destruction of the Great Man-Made River Project than being an isolated war crime. The United Nations Environment Program 2007 describes a so-called “water for profit scheme”, which actively promotes the privatization and monopolization for the world’s water supplies by multinational corporations. Meanwhile the World Bank recently adopted a policy of water privatization and full-cost water pricing, with one of its former directors, Ismail Serageldin, stating: “The wars of the 21st century will be fought over water”.

In practice this means that the United Nations in collaboration with the World Bank plans to secure water resources to use at their disposal, and that once they totally control these resources, the resources become assets to be reallocated back to the enslaved nations for a price. Those prices will rise while the quality of the water will decrease, and fresh water sources will become less accessible to those who desperately need it. Simply put, one of the most effective ways to enslave the people is to take control of their basic daily needs and to take away their self-sufficiency.

How this relates to the NATO destruction of Gaddafi’s Great Man-Made River Project in July 2011 can be best illustrated by the Hegelian Dialectic, popularly known as the concept of Problem -> Reaction -> Solution. In this case, by bombing the water supply and the pipes factory, a Problem was created with an ulterior motive, namely to gain control over the most precious part of Libya’s infrastructure. Subsequently a Reaction in the form of an immediate widespread need was provoked as a result of the Problem, since as much as 70% of the Libyans depend on the Great Man-Made River for personal use as well as for the watering of the land. A month after the destruction of the Great Man-Made River, more than half of Libya was without running water. Ultimately a predetermined Solution was implemented: in order to have access to fresh water, the inhabitants of the war-torn country had no choice but to fully depend on – and thus to be enslaved to – the NATO-installed government.

A ‘democratic’ and ‘democracy-bringing’ government that came to power through the wounding and killing of thousands of Libyans by ‘humanitarian bombs’, and that overthrow the ‘dictator’ whose dream it was to provide fresh water for all Libyans for free.

War is still peace, freedom is still slavery.

The Green Book stands as a symbol for the totalitarian regime imposed by its author Muammar Gaddafi in Libya, and more generally, for the process of ideological manipulation. Required read for every citizen, the book sets out the principles of a global political theory, simply called “Third Universal Theory”, which effectively paralyzed the nation for nearly forty years.

This is how Le Journal de Photographie introduces The Green Book Project, a series of abstract photos by Libyan photographer Jehad Nga based on Muammar Gaddafi’s Green Book.

The Kansas-born and New York-based photographer himself writes about the inspiration for his project:

Intended to be required reading for all Libyans, the 24 chapters [of the Green Book] were constructed simply, containing broad and basic slogans rendered in a rudimentary writing style easy to understand by all. Gaddafi claimed to have developed the book’s theories in order to resolve many contradictions inherent in capitalism and communism thereby- by his logic, freeing its citizens from bondage of both systems. The book, however, proved for most to be nothing more than an inane manifesto used to further reduce the value of a population’s role in the building of a society.

The tone is clear and the intention of the project leaves nothing to the imagination: it aims to argue that Muammar Gaddafi’s concept of the Jamahiriya government as explained in the Green Book failed miserably and therefore had to be replaced with western style democracy, as happened after the NATO-led war on Libya in 2011.

The Green Book Project, Nga claims, is a double-edged sword. Not only does it provide a photo series in which the images were reduced to their most basic binary code, which exposed their digital “cell structure” as well as their frailty once that new information was introduced to their binary data; the way the images were manipulated also “reflects the treatment that Gaddafi inflicted on his people”, their creator believes.

What they in fact reflect, is a feeble attempt to negate the ideology of the Green Book by the biased parsing and dislocating of Gaddafi’s ideas, and by subsequently introducing something new: a concept of so-called freedom and democracy – oxymoronic like NATO’s “humanitarian” bombs.

Which substantive theory exactly needs to be debunked and in which way the nation of Libya exactly has been “effectively paralyzed for nearly forty years” however does not become clear, neither from the above mentioned articles nor from the photo series itself. Apparently both the author and the photographer trust in the fact that their audience is brainwashed enough to not even question the credibility of their statements: Gaddafi is evil and so is his work, period.

The concept of the Green Book: Power to the People

Described as a “totalitarian vision” by Nga, the common thread of the Green Book actually is that the concept of representative democracy is misleading and therefore not democratic, as it makes citizens delegate their individual and collective power upwards to representatives, trusting them to act in good faith. The book instead proposes many people’s committees, which make and implement collective decisions in accordance with a set of general guidelines. Thus the decisions are made by the people who will be affected and who are genuinely concerned with the outcome. Only those decisions which must be implemented uniformly on a broader scale are handled at a higher level: the popular congresses.

Other important topics of the Green Book are:

• Political parties are undemocratic because their members are coerced to share similar views, even when those views differ from their own better judgment and from the demands of those whom they represent
• Laws should be drafted and enforced by consensus, not by a dedicated branch of government
• All forms of press should be controlled either by an individual or a group with common interests. It is wrong for the state to control the press, and it is also wrong for corporations to control the press, because both corporate and state media cannot honestly represent the views of all of the people in that society
• Workers should be partners in their workplace, not employees, and people should work to fulfill their needs, not to make profit or exploit others- Land is owned equally by everyone and is used temporarily by people according to their needs, such as farming, shelter, leisure and so on
• Members of a household should take responsibility for their own chores and should not employ an outsider to do the work they consider to be beneath them
• Education is not a formal but a human process. It is the process of learning and development, regardless of exactly where and how it happens. Knowledge should be freely available to everyone in whatever form is most appropriate to each individual

How ‘paralyzed’ was Libya exactly for nearly fourty years?

It is apparent that those ideas are massively destructive to many of the world’s economic and political leaders, especially in the West. How did the concept of the Green Book actually work in the Libyan Jamahiriya? Did it indeed paralyze the country for almost four decades, meaning that there was not any form of progress in any way?

An article by former executive member of the Tripoli-based World Mathaba, Gerald A. Perreira, proves different. The article sums up many of the benefits the Libyans enjoyed during Gaddafi’s leadership, including the following:

• Electricity in Libya was free
• There was no interest on loans, banks in Libya were state-owned and loans were given to all its citizens at zero percent interest by law
• Having a home was considered a human right in Libya
• All newlyweds in Libya received $60,000 dinar (U.S.$50,000) from the government to buy their first apartment
• Education and medical treatments were free in Libya (remember: before Gaddafi only 25% of Libyans were literate; nowadays this is 83%)
• When Libyans wanted to take up farming, they would receive farm land, a farm house, equipment, seeds and livestock to kick start their farms all for free
• When Libyans could not find the education or medical facilities they needed, the government funded them to go abroad; above that they received U.S.$2,300/month for accommodation and car allowance
• When Libyans bought a car, the government subsidized 50% of the price
• The price of petrol in Libya was $0.14 per liter
• Libya had no external debt
• When a Libyan was unable to get employment after graduation, the government would pay the average salary of the profession, as if he or she was employed, until employment was found
• A portion of every Libyan oil sale was credited directly to the bank accounts of all Libyan citizens
• A mother who gave birth to a child received U.S.$5,000
• Food was subsidized: 40 loaves of bread in Libya cost $0.15
• 25% of Libyans have a university degree
• Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project, known as the Great Manmade River project, to make water readily available throughout the desert country

How paralyzed does this exactly sound?

The Green Book Project: missing its own target

Jehad Nga gathered the images for his project by using a satellite adjusted to intersect varying levels of internet traffic flow transmitted over Libya during NATO’s war on the country. By then a similar technology was used by the Libyan authorities to intercept people attempting to traffic information meant to contribute to the overthrow of the legal Jamahiriya government.

Nga writes:

An assigned command allowed for the satellite to look only for photographs and disregard all other associated data traffic. Without any distinguishable narratives, the constant stream of communication I captured visually grew over time to resemble a hyper-realized paradise, where the borders between the natural and supernatural had been washed away. From the ebb and flow of images being sent between people – the population’s naked, unedited psyche rendered visual – I harvested 24 representative images.

These 24 images correspond with the 24 chapters of the Green Book. The meant-to-be-metaphoric photo captions refer to each of the chapters, which as a whole becomes merely laughable as it only builds on the deception of an evil dictator who aimed to rob and kill his own people in many ways. For example, one of the images with caption “Need”, in which eponymous chapter the Green Book states:

Man’s freedom is lacking if somebody else controls what he needs. For need may result in man’s enslavement of man. Need causes exploitation. Need is an intrinsic problem and conflict grows out of the domination of man’s needs. The house is a basic need of both the individual and the family. Therefore, it should not be owned by others. There is no freedom for a man who lives in another’s house, whether he pays rent or not. All attempts made by various countries to solve the problem of housing are not solutions at all. The reason is that those attempts do not aim at the radical and ultimate solution of man, which is the necessity of his owning his own house. The attempts have concentrated on the reduction or increase of rent and its standardization, whether at public or private expense. In the socialist society no one, including the society itself, is allowed to have control over man’s need,

With this photo Nga promotes the “freedom” to glorify sports personalities by a passively-watching audience – very popular in the countries that bombed Libya into “democracy” – while the Green Book instead encourages the active participation of people in sports, in a way similar to the concept of direct, participative democracy:

Sport is either private, like the prayer which man performs alone by himself even inside a closed room, or public, practised collectively in open places, like the prayer which is practised collectively in places of worship. The first type of sport concerns the individual himself, while the second type is of concern to all people. It must be practised by all people and should not be left to anybody to practise on their behalf. It is unreasonable for crowds to enter places of worship just to view a person or a group of people praying without taking part. It is equally unreasonable for crowds to enter playgrounds and arenas to watch a player or a team without participating themselves.

Sport is like praying, eating, and the feeling of warmth and coolness. It is stupid for crowds to enter a restaurant just to look at a person or a group of persons eating; it is stupid for people to let a person or a group of persons get warmed or enjoy ventilation on their behalf. It is equally illogical for the society to allow an individual or a team to monopolize sports while the people as a whole pay the costs of such a monopoly for the benefit of one person or a team. In the same way people should not democratically allow an individual or a group, whether party, class, sect, tribe or parliament, to replace them in deciding their destiny and in defining their needs.

Another smell of fictitious freedom comes from “Domestic Servants”, an image that shows a hand holding a bundle of dollars – the monetary unit of the country that has attacked the Libyan Jamahiriya more than once, starting with the 1986 bombings in which the headquarters of the World Mathaba in Tripoli was one of the targets after then president Ronald Reagan said it constituted a major threat to the U.S.

The Green Book however provides a more humane solution for modern slavery, which has nothing to do with a soon to be debased currency:

Domestic servants, paid or unpaid are a type of slave. Indeed they are the slaves of the modern age. But since the new socialist society is based on partnership in production rather than on wages, natural socialist law does not apply to them, because they render services rather than production. Services have no physical production which is divisible into shares in accordance with natural socialist law.

Domestic servants, therefore, have no alternative but to work with or without wages under bad conditions. As wageworkers are a type of slave and their slavery exists as long as they work for wages, so domestic servants are in a lower position than the wage-workers in the economic establishments and corporations outside the houses. They are, then, even more entitled to emancipation from the slavery of the society than are wage-workers from their society. Domestic servants form one of the social phenomena that stands next to that of slaves.

The Third Universal Theory is a herald to the masses announcing the final salvation from all fetters of injustice, despotism, exploitation and economic and political hegemony. It has the purpose of establishing the society of all people, where all men are free and equal in authority, wealth and arms, so that freedom may gain the final and complete triumph.

The Green Book, therefore, prescribes the way of salvation to the masses of wage-workers and domestic servants in order to achieve the freedom of man. It is inevitable, then, to struggle to liberate domestic servants from their slave status and transform them into partners outside the houses, in places where there is material production which is divisible into shares according to its factors. The house is to be served by its residents. But the solution to necessary house service should not be through servants, with or without wages, but through employees who can be promoted while performing their house jobs and can enjoy social and material safeguards like any employee in the public service.

Land is a charming picture of a place in nature where peace prevails, similar to post-Gaddafi Libya which, according to Nga, now is a nation of freedom, peace and democracy:

The photo – like many others from the series – in fact does not even oppose what the similar named Green Book chapter says, it instead totally ignores its statements on the purpose of land:

Land is no one’s property. But everyone has the right to use it, to benefit from it by working, farming or pasturing. This would take place throughout a man’s life and the lives of his heirs, and would be through his own effort without using others with or without wages, and only to the extent of satisfying his own needs. If possession of land is allowed, only those who are living there have a share in it. The land is permanently there, while, in the course of time, users change in profession, in capacity and in their presence. The purpose of the new socialist society is to create a society which is happy because it is free. This can be achieved through satisfying the material and spiritual needs of man, and that, in turn, comes about through the liberation of these needs from outside domination and control. Satisfaction of these needs must be attained without exploiting or enslaving others, or else, it will contradict the purpose of the new socialist society.

And thus in the end the project misses its own target. Because it is not the ideology of the Green Book that struggles to coexist with additional (textual) information; it is the ignorant interpretation of it by the photographer – and many others – that fails to survive once new elements are added. Not the concept of power to the people, but the explanation and implementation of this concept by people who don’t truly understand its meaning themselves is what will be eliminated by the next (r)evolution.

On February 7, a security guard of amusement park Duinrell found the body of 13-year-old Anass Aouragh in a forest in his hometown of Wassenaar, the Netherlands. The Moroccan boy had been missing since the previous day, after he did not return home from distributing leaflets by bike. His bike was found by police officers on the evening of February 6, which resulted in a national Amber Alert. The alert however was only issued on social media such as Twitter, Facebook and Hyves, and not by a text message to cell phones because it was past 10PM. The next morning the Amber Alert was withdrawn when Dutch media reported that a body was found during the search for the missing boy. One week later, the media stressed that research has proved that Anass “certainly committed suicide”. But not according to his family, friends and overwhelming evidence.

In a statement to the Moroccan Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP), Anass’s father, Mohamed Aouragh, declared there were scratches on the face and fingerprints in the neck of his deceased son, and that a witness saw Anass being taken to the forest by three individuals. Mr. Aouragh’s statement corresponds to that of a woman who told the police her son witnessed Anass getting captured by a “scary person in grey sweatpants”, but her testimony was dismissed as nonsense.

Several websites as well as Facebook messages by friends who were present at Anass’s funeral mention an imam stating the teenager was raped and murdered. An explicit though unverified comment at Dutch alternative news site argusoog.org says in Dutch language:

Cover-up, I was at Anass’s funeral and before the funeral started there was a short speech saying police investigation has shown Anass was raped first and murdered after that, media on purpose portray it as suicide to avoid huge demonstrations and escalations in the Moroccan community because the queen is about to move to Wassenaar.

According to an Arab language article at hollandonline.nl, Anass’s family has hired Dutch top lawyer Gerard Spong to “find out the truth, no matter what”. This lawyer however has a bad reputation himself when it comes to pedophile-related cover-up cases in the Netherlands, and allegedly has close ties with former Secretary-General of Justice and known pedophile Joris Demmink. The question has arisen if Mr Spong for doubtful reasons foisted himself upon the Moroccan family that likely is not aware of his reputation…

Funny and eccentric

The so-called suicide of the 13-year-old boy at first sight fits perfectly in a pattern of teenage suicides the Netherlands has witnessed over the past months, when several severely bullied highschool students took their lives by jumping in front of a train. But while the media portrayed Anass as one of the teenagers that could not handle school bullying anymore, friends and classmates described him as a funny, eccentric guy who loved to dress up, “yellow pants one day, a bow tie the next day”.

“He was very different than the other students”, classmates told Dutch newspaper Telegraaf. “He used to wear distinctive clothing and he definitely was bullied for that, but he never talked about death.”

According to Telegraaf, Anass sent a text message to a few female friends right before he went missing, saying “do you hate me?”, which happened after these friends were punished at school for laughing at Anass during class when he pulled funny faces.

Symbolic location

One may wonder if “do you hate me?” -if already sent by Anass himself- is a typical farewell message of a desperate boy who is about to commit suicide rather than a slightly provocative question of a teenager who may be bullied but stands his ground, which not in the least shows from his clothing choice. And that isn’t the only question that comes to mind. A Dutch language video aptly summarizes:

It seems that the police is protecting the perpetrator again. Police and justice have done this many times before, for example in the Demmink case, and they particularly do this when the perpetrator is hired by high-ranking figures. Anass’s body was already buried before the investigation was completed. There were no weapons or other suicide tools found anywhere. There were scratches on his face and fingerprints in his neck. A witness’s testimony was considered to be unreliable. The municipality of Wassenaar is well known as a result of its conspicuous wealth. Given the way the investigation was conducted, there likely has been high-ranking elite involved in the murder. If this is the case, it could have been a ritual murder as well. The body of Anass was found in a forest opposite a restaurant that was closed a few months ago, a restaurant named Lucifer… could this be a symbolic place?

And there is more that indicates that the teenager’s body was not found at a random location. The forest – in fact a not very thick forested area of about 60 meters wide – is situated between Duinrell, an amusement park owned by a Rothschild family, and a street named Van Zuylen van Neyeveltstraat. The name Van Zuylen van Neyevelt refers to Marie-Hélène de Rothschild (1927-1996), born Baroness Marie-Hélène Naila Stephanie Josina van Zuylen van Nyevelt to a diplomat and businessman of Jewish and Dutch descent. In 1957, she then married her distant third cousin Baron Guy de Rothschild, head of the de Rothschild Frères bank. The street name is also similar to the last name of one of the co-directors of amusement park Duinrell, Philip van Zuylen van Neyevelt, whose wife, Baroness Maria Louisa Alexandra van Zuylen van Neyevelt-den Beer Poortugael, is the Lady of Dutch Queen Beatrix since 2011.

He is with Allah. He is innocent … Sometimes I still don’t believe what happened. Sometimes I think, no, Anass will return. Sometimes I wake up not knowing if it’s all a dream or reality. I can’t believe it … We buried him, but I still can’t believe it … He was a special boy, everybody talks about that … I can’t describe how I feel… a 13-year old child, innocent … Someone who wants to commit suicide plans such thing in advance. Why here? Why not at home? At 5PM he was at the library, after that he bought some clothes and then he went to distribute the leaflets… then he comes here and thinks, oh, let’s commit suicide?! That’s nonsense … I have seen his body, after the autopsy. [Photo 1 - Photo 2] To me it is clear that he has been murdered. I know and feel this is 100% true. It is clear to me, whatever they try to tell me. My child has been murdered. It is a crime. It’s a tragedy, I have no words for it … [asks the boys at 5:30 in the video] Do you know Anass? [when confirmed] What can you tell about him? Boys reply: “He was always very nice”.

Citizens’ reactions

In the weeks after the death of Anass, many concerned citizens left revealing comments on online articles about the case, such as:

I live about 150 meter away from where Anass was found … There are people telling me they have seen ‘weird individuals’ there, but they don’t tell the police … I don’t know, it is all extremely odd. On Thursday night we lied awake half the night because of the helicopters, and Anass lied only a little away from the road. They better throw away those heat sensors. And the detector dogs also didn’t find anything. It’s a mystery. (1)

Another commentator asked the following valid questions:

• His mother called him when he didn’t come home from spreading leaflets at 6PM. At about 9PM, his phone was turned off. Who did this? If he had committed suicide, he would have done this between 5PM and 6PM, when he finished spreading the leaflets. Where has he been in the next three hours? Why did nobody see him?
• His bike was found on the edge of the forest. The next day, his body was found ín the forest. Why didn’t the police apparently search in the forest immediately?
• His body was buried during the investigation. One may ask, which investigation? How to examine a corpse that is already buried?
• A witness went to the police and testified she had seen somebody with Anass. She however was sent home after police told her she “must have been sent by the family”.
• How can a 13-year-old commit suicide in a way that keeps the police investigating for two weeks? If such boy commits suicide, shouldn’t that be obvious? (2)

Several people reported independently from each other:

In the night from February 6th to 7th, a Polish man committed suicide by hanging himself in a bungalow at amusement park Duinrell, close to where Anass’s body was found. The house has been cordoned off by police. This is the night in which Anass was missing! Why are the mainstream media completely silent on this? (3)

Citizen investigator and blogger Martin Vrijland went to the site where Anass was found and concluded:

According to Peter R. de Vries (a famous Dutch crime reporter who already hijacked many murder and abuse cases) the location has been meticulously researched, ‘every blade of grass was considered to be important’. But we found lots of rubbish and also a condom at the site. So thoroughly did they exactly investigate?

If the murder of Anass Aouragh indeed was a satanic ritual murder by high-ranking elite, then why at that moment and why at that place?

A ritual murder in ‘honour’ of the new Dutch king?

There is another highly disturbing fact to the death of Anass Aouragh which has gone completely unreported by any media: Anass’s so-called suicide happened nine days after Dutch Queen Beatrix announced to step down in favour of her son, Willem-Alexander. Moreover, Willem-Alexander and his family also live in the hometown of the Aouragh family, the wealthy municipality of Wassenaar.

Coincidence? Definitely not.

The fact that the sexual abuse and the subsequent sacrifice of prepubertal children -like Anass- by elite figures still isn’t much more than a conspiracy theorist’s fantasy to the majority of the people, only proves how well-organized this all is. Neither the scale of, nor the participants in the abuse are known by the public – yet it single handedly is the glue that holds these forces together. The well-hidden reality is that children of Anass’s age and younger are supplied to high-ranking ‘officials’ to be abused and sacrificed in satanic rituals throughout the world, in which rituals the powers behind the visual powers feed themselves with the ultimate fear of the young victim. From the perspective of this reality, it is only logical to assume that these satanic ceremonies not in the last place happen in the country that brought about the Bilderberg Group and that is home to many members of the Rothschild family, and not in the last place on the occasion of important events such as the abdication of the Dutch Queen.

Taking in consideration the wall of denial and resistance that witnesses and truth seekers have faced in the Anass case, what else to conclude than that police, justice, government and media once again protect their own criminals?

May there be justice for Anass Aouragh, and for all the children who have faced similar atrocities.

On October 4, 2012, a hearing of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights, chaired by New Jersey politician Chris Smith, took place in Washington, which hearing was announced by the committee as “Listening to Victims of Child Sex Trafficking” in the Netherlands. During the hearing, former Dutch Secretary-General of Justice, Joris Demmink, was exposed as pedophile and child abuser. But who exactly is behind the Dutch department of the Helsinki Committee?

The sex trafficking and abuse of children is a crime that destroys the lives of the victims as well as the social fabric of society. The traffickers and abusers rely on their ability to frighten a child into silence or the reluctance of adults to listen when children speak. The Helsinki Commission, in conjunction with the Victims’ Rights Caucus, will hold a briefing on how justice systems can most effectively respond to domestic and international allegations of child trafficking. The briefing will include a current case study in the Netherlands, where a government official has been accused of domestic and international child sex trafficking. Dutch authorities conducted a preliminary investigation, but many have found it grossly unsatisfactory as Dutch authorities interviewed only one of three victims and none of the available witnesses or facilitators of the alleged crime was interviewed. Visiting the website of the Netherlands Helsinki Commission (NHC) however led to a remarkable discovery. As can be read at the About Us page of the website, one of the members of executive committee of the NHC is no other than the known Dutch pedophile himself, Joris Demmink…

In the video below a spokesperson of Dutch activist group We Are Change Rotterdam asks Latvian Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Nils Muižnieks, the question: “What if we find out that local Dutch authorities are involved in these crimes? [pedophilia and child abuse] Can they subsequently only be discussed in a far-away country like the United States?” Mr. Muižnieks indicates he has no knowledge of the Joris Demmink case and suggests to ask the NHC about the issue directly.

As Dutch whistleblower Micha Kat points out at his website, it seems that the infiltration of pedophiles reaches to the highest levels of international government and human rights organizations…

December 8, 2012 – December 10* marks the trial of investigative journalist, activist and foremost Dutch Bilderberg Group hunter Micha Kat. The 49-year-old faces the Court in the Hague for alleged insults to the Dutch royal family, alleged discrimination of a lawyer whose fraudulent and corrupt activities he exposed, two alleged false bomb threats, alleged death threats against a journalist of Dutch mainstream newspaper Telegraaf, overall “instigation”, and for writing “danger: pedophile” in Dutch language on the house of known Dutch pedophile Joris Demmink who has been the most powerful man of the Netherlands for the last decade.

When arriving at Schiphol airport from Laos where he then lived, Kat was arrested in April this year over the above allegations. He was imprisoned until the beginning of September and his case was suspended till December 10*.

Kat is particularly known for his website klokkenluideronline.nl (meaning “onlinewhistleblower.nl”) where he mainly exposes and denounces national abuses. Some external links to his articles however redirect to the website rechtspraak.nl (“jurisdictions.nl”), the official website of the High Council of the Netherlands, as a result of censorship of certain topics by the Court of Amsterdam, including pieces that exposed the dark secrets of the Dutch royal family. Some of these secrets are published in an excellent 2010 article at infowars.com, authored by Kat and investigative writer Jurriaan Maessen, which article contains the following disturbing and -even in the Netherlands- largely unknown facts:

The great-grandfather from [prince] Friso’s mother’s [queen Beatrix] side, a German prince named Hendrik, raped his own daughter, the mother of queen Beatrix, as a result of which a daughter was born. The father of Friso, Claus, was a homosexual who also used children for sexual pleasure. The lawyer of the Queen and main guardian of the crown prince, Friso’s brother, was a sadistic pedophile against whom even testimony of child executions exists.

In a December 2 message at his website, Kat writes in Dutch language on his upcoming trial:

December 10, 2012: The day justice will die? – On 10 December, the Dutch State wants to finally deal with whistleblower Micha Kat. Will he get a fair trial as also has been promised in vain to Jasper S.? [an innocent scapegoat recently used in one of the biggest murder cases in the Netherlands, namely the -likely lust or even ritual- murder of 16-year-old Marianne Vaatstra in 1999]. Or will he be put in a straitjacket and sent to a psychiatric prison unit, as demanded by Peter R. de Vries? [A famous Dutch crime reporter and royal puppet who hijacked many murder and abuse cases].

In the below video (partially English and partially Dutch with English subtitles), Micha Kat provides a revealing look at the activities of the Bilderberg Group which was founded by the father of Dutch queen Beatrix, prince Bernhard of Lippe-Biesterfeld (1911-2004), a former member of the German Nazi NSDAP. Queen Beatrix is said to hold the third position in the current Bilderberg hierarchy and never fails to attend the annual Bilderberg Group meetings, accompanied by her oldest son and future Dutch king prince Willem-Alexander. The video shows at 8:55 how Kat was arrested in 2010 when he confronted the president of the Dutch Bank, Nout Wellink, during a hearing with his membership of the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission.

Now that the whistleblower in an Orwellian twist of justice has to stand trial while the criminals he exposed are still walking free, let’s take a look at one of the main cases Micha Kat among a few others has brought to light:

The Joris Demmink case

Largely unknown outside of the Netherlands and having his crimes well covered up by the Dutch authorities and the royal family, is the homosexual Joris Demmink, born December 11, 1947, the most powerful man of the Netherlands until he retired as highest official of the Dutch Ministry of Safety and Justice on November 1, 2012. During Demmink’s farewell party, Micha Kat and six other journalists were arrested in order to prevent them from interviewing Demmink.

Demmink finds himself in the center of a pedophile scandal that is far more powerful, evil and far reaching than even the majority of the Dutch know. On the Dutch website demminkdoofpot.nl (“demminkcoverup.nl”), an audio fragment says in Dutch language: “During conversations with (Dutch magazines) Panorama and Gay Krant behind closed doors last week, he (Demmink) admitted he had sex with young gay boys, and that he hadn’t always asked about their age”.

Below is an extensive though incomplete overview of Demmink’s carrier as a homosexual pedophile, partially taken from the overview in Dutch language which is available at demminkdoofpot.nl.

1978 – 1982

At the District Court in The Hague work at least two pedophile judges: Mr Stolk and Mr Rueb. This fact is about to come out during the case of alleged Dutch serial killer Koos Hertogs. His case contains the killing of three young girls, a police officer and the wife of Mr Stolk. Though Hertogs never confessed to committing these crimes, he is sentenced to life imprisonment in 1982, the year in which Demmink made his entrance to the Ministry of Justice.

1991

Dutch female pediatrician Joyce Labruyère is killed. The still unresolved murder is associated with a network of pedophiles operating within the Netherlands. Investigative journalists report of a connection between the murder and “authorities who sexually abuse underage boys” and claim that Mrs Labruyère had become aware of child abuse by Dutch officials.

1994

After police investigations, a Dutch newspaper mentions “the involvement of a top official from the Hague” in the abuse of minors.

1996

The Susurluk scandal takes place. Micha Kat’s 2007 article “Nederlandse Staat Gechanteerd door Turkije” (“The Netherlands Blackmailed by Turkey”) analyses the scandal and claims Turkey has evidence proving that Demmink organized sex parties in Turkey during which minors were abused. The article states that the sex parties were organized in collaboration with drug offenders who had contacts with the Turkish government, including with then Prime Minister Tansu Ciller.

1998

Kurdish businessman Hüseyin Baybasin is arrested in the Netherlands for “criminal activities” related to “drug trafficking, extortion and murder” and is sentenced to life imprisonment in 2002. PKK sympathizer Baybasin has always claimed to be the victim of a conspiracy against him by the Turkish state. He said that Turkey had put pressure on the Netherlands to arrest him by threatening to disclose information on Demmink’s abuse of minors in Turkey.

A Dutch television program mentions that young boys were smuggled from Poland to the Netherlands with the assistance of “a top official of the Dutch government”. It adds that a top official named “Joris” (Demmink’s first name) for that reason has been sentenced to 240 hours of community service and six months of conditional imprisonment. Later the media claim this was “another Joris”.

Amsterdam authorities investigate on a pedophile network which includes a former lawyer of the Dutch queen, two main prosecutors, a former minister and a professor. In the wake of this research, Dutch intelligence agency BVD (currently: AIVD), receives messages regarding the sexual escapades of Demmink. Documents also state that Demmink tried to sabotage the investigation by transferring information to suspects.

2000

Demmink attracts the attention of the research editors of Dutch NOS News who investigate whether the Dutroux affair had branches in the Netherlands.

2002

Kurdish businessman Hüseyin Baybasin is sentenced to life imprisonment on the basis of falsified tape conversations.

Demmink is appointed Secretary-General of Justice which is the highest possible rank in Justice in the Netherlands. Dutch intelligence agency AIVD (formerly: BVD) says that prior to this appointment, they investigated on “circa 40 rumors about the lifestyle of Demmink”. A sister organization of the AIVD reportedly tried to obstruct the appointment because of Demmink’s “sexual lifestyle”.

2003

A Dutch TV program broadcasts a documentary on the unjust process against Baybasin. The magazines Panorama and GayKrant decide on a collective independent investigation of Demmink. They publish articles revealing that Demmink abused children in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and in a sex bar in Prague. A man named Frank Leenders comes forward as a witness and victim. He says Demmink has been present during the filming of a porn movie in the Czech Republic where a child has died as a result of penetration with a dildo. Leenders files a complaint against Demmink and Dutch NOS News names Demmink as a suspect of child abuse. As a result of this, then Minister of Justice Donner threatens to prosecute all media that mention the name of the “suspected official”. Subsequently, the Dutch Public Prosecutor declares that the complaint against Demmink is false, which is contradicted by Leenders.

The chief editors of Panorama and GayKrant conduct an interview with Demmink at his home. Demmink refuses publication of the interview, but NOS News intercepts emails revealing that Demmink during the interview admitted to “having visited gay bars in Prague”, “having had a relationship with a young Czech boy who acted in porn movies” and that he is “attracted to young boys”. Panorama and GayKrant nonetheless give in to Demmink’s request and don’t publish the interview. Later it comes out that the editors of Panorama and Gaykrant are no longer allowed to talk or write about Demmink on penalty of a fine of 100,000 Euros. They even start to call their “source” unreliable.

However, one of the editors starts to have qualms of conscience and reveals the entire story to a NOS News journalist, saying that he has become part of a cover-up. On November 5, NOS News reports that “the top official has admitted to abusing children”.

2004

In January, Demmink files a complaint against NOS News, which complaint is declared admissible. Meanwhile German newspaper Die Welt also reports on a connection between the Dutroux case and a Dutch pedophile network in its article “Kein Einzeltäter” (“Not an individual act”). Die Welt writes of a film in which a 13-year old German boy was forced to have oral sex with multiple men, which made the boy choke and die. This film was found in Zandvoort, the Netherlands, at the house of a pedophile named Gerrit Ulrich, who later has been murdered. A close friend of this man also was the guardian of the children of queen Beatrix…

The Ministry of Justice announces it will prosecute Frank Leenders for making “false accusations”. A TV program claims Leenders was paid to make a complaint against Demmink, which Leenders himself denies. He however is convicted for “making false accusations” and is sentenced to two months’ probation.

Demmink’s personal driver “suddenly dies” after he started to have “growing moral problems” with Demmink.

2006

The Turkish media publish several articles on the Turkish government’s blackmail of the Dutch government at the end of the nineties, saying the Demmink case was used to “deal with Baybasin”.

2007

Baybasin files a complaint against Demmink concerning “pedophile activities, repeatedly committed since at least 1990 in Turkey and other countries, incitement resp. (co)perpetration of intentional and unlawful detention and participation in a criminal organization”. The complaint is based on a yet secret report on the Turkish government’s blackmail of the Dutch. A Dutch Member of Parliament asks the Minister of Justice for parliamentary questions following Baybasin’s complaint. The Minister orders a so-called “exploratory investigation” by the Public Prosecutor, which is a term that legally actually doesn’t exist.

Micha Kat’s website publishes the article “Nederlandse Staat Gechanteerd door Turkije” (“The Netherlands blackmailed by Turkey”) .

Several reports appear in the Dutch media concerning Demmink’s participation in Dési Bouterse‘s coup in Suriname in 1981, when Demmink was still working at the Ministry of Defense. Sources say Demmink was in an “intense relationship” with a young Suriname soldier from the Bouta team that was responsible for the December murders in 1982.

Demmink visits Baybasin in prison which angers his lawyer, Ms Adele van der Plas. Via the Dutch Socialist’s party she requests that Demmink should be excluded from getting in touch with Baybasin, but the request is declined. Van der Plas files a complaint against Demmink.

Several parliamentary inquiries regarding Demmink take place, some of them explicitly ask about the presence of Demmink at sex parties in Turkey. Some Dutch newspapers and TV programs pay attention to the Demmink case via exposing articles and footage. In response, one of the leading Dutch newspapers, NRC Handelsblad, publishes a flattering profile of Demmink in which prominent politicians call him a decent man, saying that they “have never heard anything negative regarding Demmink’s private life” and that it is “a fact that up to now Demmink has refuted all accusations”. A journalist who is investigating the case reportedly receives death threats.

Turkish investigative journalist Burhan Kazmali is detained at the airport in Istanbul to prohibit him from testifying against Demmink in the Netherlands regarding Baybasin’s complaint.

NRC Handelsblad publishes an article with headline “Topman justitie is schoon” (“Top Justice Official is clean”). It argues that several investigations by Dutch intelligence agency AIVD didn’t provide any evidence of Demmink’s involvement in “criminal activities”. However, Baybasin’s lawyer states that there has not been any investigation at all.

The Public Prosecutor announces that Demmink will not be prosecuted.

Baybasin’s attorney again tries in vain to prosecute Demmink, partially based on new evidence collected by a Dutch journalist who investigated the Turkey case. Demmink again receives much media attention. Leading Dutch newspaper Telegraaf which used to criticize Demmink, suddenly starts to protect him and claims that Demmink has become the victim of a demonizing campaign against him. In November, Dutch newspaper Volkskrant asks readers for topics their journalists should write about, and many readers reply with “the Demmink case”, but Volkskrant refuses to do so.

Dutch radio station Arrow Classic Rock interviews Micha Kat on the Demmink case on July 10, which causes a flood of responses but the mainstream media remain silent. On September 1, Adam Curry, the DJ who conducted the interview with Kat, is fired. Curry currently lives in the U.S.

On October 31, a Hyves page is launched with the purpose to mobilize the Dutch people against Demmink. Within 12 hours the site has almost 1,200 members. On November 2, the site disappears. On November 3 at noon the site is back online.

A judge writes to Micha Kat that Demmink, accompanied by the former and current Dutch Minister of Justice, has visited a sex club in Breda, the Netherlands.

A former detective who investigated into Demmink’s activities in Turkey declares in a Dutch crime magazine:

“I am aware that this is an extremely sensitive case. But it is not my job to make the evidence conclusive. All I have to do is to bring on enough “ammunition” to make the Court of the Hague decide to further investigate the case. I am confident that this will happen. If someone claims on camera that he has been sexually abused at a young age by a senior Justice official, it simply can’t be ignored by pretending nothing happened, right? We know this boy, we know where he lives and how he can be contacted.”

The Court of the Hague however decides not to prosecute Demmink. Reports say the Court actually refused to take a look at the evidence.

After Baybasin and Leenders, a Turkish boy named Mustafa Y. also files a complaint against Demmink.

On December 30, Leenders’ lawyer “falls off his bike” and dies.

2009

Throughout the first months of the year, several media start to pay attention to the Demmink case again. He is often mentioned in connection with child abuse and the remarkable role he played in the Bouterse coup in Suriname. In May a television crew confronts Demmink near his house with the accusations of child abuse. Demmink flees in his service car.

Dutch newspaper NRC Handelsblad publishes an article on Demmink’s extremely high invoices which are paid by the Dutch state.

It is revealed that a Turkish TV-station is trying to conduct an interview with Baybasin since three years. The Dutch embassy has urged them not to talk about the Demmink case, or about the Dutch royal family…

A Turkish man who played an important role in creating “evidence” against Baybasin and who also intimidated witness Mustafa Y. is arrested in Turkey.

2010

The Institute for the Study of Globalization mentions in its article “A closer look at child abuse networks in the Netherlands and Belgium” that Demmink “on a top level” is involved with pedophile networks in the Netherlands and Belgium.

In June, Dutch Dr J. Poot publishes his book De Demmink Doofpot (The Demmink Cover up). The main purpose of the book is to bring about a parliamentary and judicial investigation into the pedophile practices of the highest official of the Dutch Ministry of Justice, Joris Demmink.

A regional newspaper writes that the Dutch Public Prosecution Service is willing to cooperate in filing a complaint against Demmink regarding the Mustafa Y. case. Y. says he has been abused and raped by Demmink when he was 12 and 13 years old (which was in 1994 and 1995). However, no complaint is filed.

In August, the author of The Demmink Cover up publishes a large advertisement in NRC Handelsblad, asking Demmink why he is “silent like death” after the publication of the book. In September he reveals via another advertisement in the same newspaper that a whistleblower in the Demmink case has received death threats. The Officer of Justice gives the whistleblower the advice to go abroad for six weeks , telling him his life is not save in the Netherlands.

A Rotterdam university professor asks the Minister of Justice to clarify the Demmink case. The Minister replies by saying that he sees no reason to do so.

2012

Demmink retires as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Security and Justice on November 1.

During the week of his retirement, Demmink’s crimes finally caught some international media attention. The American Spector‘s Peter Hannaford published an article on the case saying:

Demmink, prince Friso and the Marianne Vaatstra murder: A short look at an extensive case

Joris Demmink’s name popped up again regarding one of the most sensational murder cases in the Netherlands. In the night of May 1, 1999 -the day after the Dutch Queen’s Day celebration- 16-year-old Marianne Vaatstra was raped and killed in a rural area in the province of Friesland. She was found naked with her throat cut later on that day. Some of the initial suspects were two Turkish young men together with two German men who traded drugs and porn material. The Turkish men by then lived in an asylum center close to the site of the murder and they appeared to have influential family and friends in Turkey. As Dutch asylum centers are known as a breeding ground for criminal activities such as prostitution and human trafficking, it is unlikely that the Turks, if they were part of a large web of criminal activities, deliberately chose a Dutch girl to rape and kill and thus took the risk of having many other crimes at the asylum center exposed – unless they were protected by the Ministry of Justice itself. Taking in consideration that the Turkish government has blackmail material on high-ranking Dutch officials including Demmink, it isn’t far-fetched to conclude that the Turkish men may have been involved in the murder of Vaatstra.

Subsequently, in an epic exchange of identities, a Turkish man with the common Turkish name Ali Hassan has been regarded as one of the suspects by Dutch officials and media right after the murder, while one of the real suspects, the asylum seeker whose name also is Ali Hassan, has been smuggled out of the Netherlands shortly after the crime took place. One should remember that it was impossible to send any asylum seeker back to their country or to any other country without the approval of one man: Joris Demmink.

In the meantime the trailer of the German drugs and porn traders went up in flames. A volunteer firefighter has declared that he was not allowed to immediately extinguish the fire, and a young girl has testified that the trailer was a gathering place for all alleged suspects in the murder case – including some friends of Vaatstra whose testimonies on the night of the murder have proven to be highly contradicting and suspect. However, the young girl was explicitly told by officials that she was wrong and that the trailer did not belong to the Germans.

There is more than one possible scenario to this still unresolved murder. Micha Kat again came forward as a pioneer of truth when he had the courage to publicly relate the Vaatstra murder with a member of the Dutch royal family: the controversial prince Johan Friso who has been notably accompanied by Demmink during both official and unofficial events. A truthful profile of the shadowy second son of queen Beatrix can be found in the above-mentioned Infowars article Grim Tidings From the Netherlands: Prince Bernhard’s Grandchildren Continue Bilderberg Legacy, co-authored by Kat. Friso used to work as a part time director of TNO Space, an organization which specializes in developing techniques for controlling the population from outer space, and is married to Mabel Wisse-Smit, director of George Soros’ Brussels-based Open Society Institute and also highly controversial for her former (romantic) liaison with “the founding father of Dutch drugs trafficking” Klaas Bruinsma who was shot death in 1991. As Friso has been frequently spotted as a homosexual, especially during his student days in the United States, many -including Kat- have suggested that his marriage to Wisse-Smit is not only a cover up for his homosexuality but also for the fact that the royal family may have close ties with the organized crime Wisse-Smit has been part of.

Marianne Vaatstra was killed in the night from 30 April to 1 May, which wasn’t only the night after Queen’s Day – that night is also known as Walpurgis Night in large parts of Central and Northern Europe. Moreover, it was full moon during the night of the murder. Kat exposed the direct relationship between the worshipping of Satan and child sacrifice during Walpurgis Night and what he considers as the ritual murder of Vaatstra, and has stated that Friso may have been the one who ordered “the killing of a virgin during Walpurgis Night” in a Satanic ritual. Kat bases his statement on the testimony of a “super witness” who has declared that prince Friso was the instigator of the sacrifice of Marianne Vaatstra and that many “officials” were present during the satanic event. At his website Kat wonders if the Satanists from the Hague use Dutch girls for their perverted lusts.

The still unsolved Vaatstra case was reopened early this year. Around the same time, during a holiday in Lech, Austria – initially only with his gay friend and later with his family – Friso was caught in a bizarre avalanche accident and has been in a coma in London’s Wellington Hospital since then. In September a large DNA research project took place regarding the Vaatstra murder. Eight thousand men who lived within a radius of five kilometers of the site of the murder voluntarily took part in the research, and on November 18 the Vaatstra case was declared solved after the arrest of 45-year-old farmer Jasper Scheringa based on “matching DNA evidence”. Sources however have declared that the DNA of dozens of men has been found on Vaatstra’s body…

The day after the “solution” of the murder, the Dutch media reported that prince Friso for the first time after his avalanche accident in February had shown “signs of minimal consciousness”.

…was he trying to make something clear?

When I write this, it is the evening of December 6, 2012, another black day in the history of justice in the Netherlands as the Public Prosecutor just told the media that Jasper Scheringa has confessed to the murder of Marianne Vaatstra. According to Dutch media, he said that he “did not know her but accidentally ran into her”, whereafter he “took her to a meadow under threat of a knife” and subsequently raped and killed her.

Micha Kat’s first reaction in Dutch language, right after the news of the confession appeared in the media:

Demmink’s victims speak out

On the eve of the trial of Micha Kat who has been detained and pestered numerous times for exposing many of the above horrible facts, let’s in conclusion take a look at a very important hearing which took place on October 4, 2012, and which has gone largely unreported by both mainstream and independent media:

January 29 – Dutch Queen Beatrix, the oldest daughter of Bilderberg Group founder prince Bernhard of Lippe-Biesterfeld and also known as Bilderberg Bea for currently holding the third position in the Bilderberg hierarchy, has abdicated her throne in favor of her eldest son, 45-year-old prince Willem-Alexander.

On December 25, the Libyan General Post Company burned all postage stamps that carried the image of Muammar Gaddafi or an image of his work or projects. The burned stamps, according to Saudi Gazette website 259,434,634 in total, were worth 341 million Libyan dinars, equaling $279 million. They were destroyed as a part of an ongoing so-called cleansing process by the occupation forces with the intent to rid the country of measures to “glorify” the Leader of the Al-Fateh Revolution and his achievements.

In a similar method of mind control in May last year, a law ridiculously titled “Criminalizing the glorification of the Tyrant”, was passed by the NATO-installed Libyan government. The law (Law 37) criminalized “any glorification of Muammar Gaddafi, his ideas, his regime and his sons” (Article 1) as well as “any publishing of news, propaganda or rumours which harm the February 17 Revolution” (Article 2). Article 3 declared that “Any rule which contravenes this law shall be overturned”. Violation of the Law, which eventually was revoked after lawyers and human rights groups strongly disapproved it in the media, could have been subject to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

Now let us assume just for the sake of the argument that the images of Muammar Gaddafi or his achievements on the postage stamps are nothing but an expression of plain glorification of the man and his projects and works. To be more specific, projects like the Great Man-Made River, which made Libya a source of agricultural abudance, capable of producing adequate food and water to supply its own needs and to share with neighbouring countries, and works like the Green Book which include definitions such as:

Democracy is the power of the people, not only the expression of the people. We declare that power belongs to the people. It is exercised directly, without intermediary or representatives in the popular congresses and the people’s committees.

and

We are liberated from any feudalism. The land is nobody’s property. Each person has the right to exploit it and to benefit from it by labour, agriculture or animal-keeping, throughout one’s life, that of one’s heirs, and within the limits of personal effort and the satisfaction of needs.

Let us assume for the sake of the argument that the images are not in any way affiliated with a sense of proudness, gratitude or solidarity the Libyans may have experienced during four decades of Gaddafi’s leadership which made Libya the most prosperous country of the African continent. Doing so we will encounter numerous other expressions of plain glorification across the globe that haven’t been burnt or otherwise eliminated so far. Among them are:

The scene starts to become familiar: An adolescent male diagnosed with a mental disorder who is on prescription medication and who often is described as a lone nutter, goes to a school or another gathering place of youngsters and kills a significant number of them before eventually killing himself. After that, the entire nation and pretty much the entire Western world reacts with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of growing insecurity regarding the safety of not only themselves, but also of their precious children. A seemingly emotional speech by the country’s president and a touching X Factor tribute to the victims of the recent Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings only fuel the perception of the ubiquitous presence of psychopathic individuals who are about to mass wound and mass kill in formerly safe environments.

As a result of the emotional trauma that is inflicted upon those who witnessed, heard or read about the horrific killing of children, the call for gun laws in the United States has become louder and louder last weeks and the debate on the topic has become more intense than ever. Some say that if schools would have access to weapons they would become a safer place for that reason, while others say that the free ability of weapons is the problem.

The bigger question however is: what is the real reason the American government wants gun laws for? Did Obama’s fabricated tears show his empathy for the suffering of the victims of “Sandy Hook” and their survivors, or did the very suffering actually provide a basis for the execution of the government’s plans? Could those plans even be executed without the existence of the problem of deathly violence at schools, universities et cetera? And the key question always is: who actually benefits from the situation – a situation in which parents out of fear massively will agree to even more surveillance cameras and security personnel at schools, and schools thus will be turned into modern day prisons?

In a powerful December 17 column in The Guardian entitled: “In the US, mass child killings are tragedies. In Pakistan, mere bug splats”, George Monbiot argues:

Most of the world’s media, which has rightly commemorated the children of Newtown, either ignores Obama’s murders or accepts the official version that all those killed are ‘militants’. The children of north-west Pakistan, it seems, are not like our children. They have no names, no pictures, no memorials of candles and flowers and teddy bears. They belong to the other: to the non-human world of bugs and grass and tissue.

‘Are we,’ Obama asked on Sunday, ‘prepared to say that such violence visited on our children year after year after year is somehow the price of our freedom?’ It’s a valid question. He should apply it to the violence he is visiting on the children of Pakistan.

It has become more than apparent that the bomber of African, Middle Eastern and other countries couldn’t care less about children and their fate. In fact, the game behind introducing gun laws is exactly the same as the game behind the NATO-overthrow of the Libyan Jamahiriya in 2011, namely to take control of a country in a way that its power no longer will belong to its people. In the very same way the Nazi’s introduced gun laws saying Jewish people could not own ammunition on the eve of World War II and we all know the results of that.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution says:

A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Similarly, the Green Book of Libya’s revolutionary leader Muammar Gaddafi, from which the Third Universal Theory has sprouted which was the foundation of the Jamahiriya government (meaning government by the people), says on the right to bear arms:

The Third Universal Theory heralds emancipation from the fetters of injustice, despotism, exploitation, and economic and political hegemony, for the purpose of establishing a society of all the people where all are free and share equally in authority, wealth and arms. Freedom will then triumph definitively and universally.

The political and economic problems of minorities can only be solved within a society controlled by the masses in whose hands power, wealth and arms should be placed. To view the minority as a political and economic substrata is dictatorial and unjust.

Democratically, no individual or team has the right to monopolize sport, power, wealth or arms for themselves.

Why was it that the people of Libya endured the invasion of the most powerful military alliance in the history of time for over eight months? Simply because there was an armed population fighting NATO and the tens of thousands of rebel ground troops that were funded and supported by NATO.

It is no coincidence that Libya among other countries with a similar concept of “guns to the people”, such as former Yugoslavia, had to be invaded and destroyed prior to the eventual introduction of gun laws in the invaders’ country itself. In the case of Libya, the problem of “a cruel dictator who was about to kill his own people” was created in order to make ignorant, frightened and docile souls turn to NATO for their perception of safety. Subsequently, in case of the United States, the problem of “omnipresent child killers” was created (and likely will be further built out in the near future with similar horrendous events up to come) in order to make ignorant, frightened and docile souls driven by the same perception turn to their government for protection.

Is Libya free at this very moment? Will the American people feel safe and protected when being micro-chipped and surrounded by surveillance cameras and armed uniformed people wherever they go? Contrary; both are and will be suppressed by the globalist powers that ultimately care about only one thing: total control of the world through total control of your mind.

With another year of (information) war, violence and death nearing its end, let us no longer turn to our supposed leaders, politicians, army forces, police officers or any “representative” who we consider to be our safety or hope. Let us instead stop passing on our responsibility to someone or something else, even though the entire world seems to encourage us to do so. You will soon be labeled a terrorist when you refuse to hand over your ammunition and power to government figures and for much less reasons than that. However, when you and I will take responsibility for our own actions and thoughts, the credibility of the control system will fall before our very eyes, and a true Jamahiri society will arise from its ashes – it is as simple as that.

December 14, 2012 – A humpback whale that was stranded on a sandbank near the island of Texel, the Netherlands, on Wednesday, has been murdered by two doctors from the dolphinarium of the Dutch city of Harderwijk. The reason: the whale’s skeleton was already sold to a nature museum.

On Friday night a team of whale rescuers supported by citizen volunteers arrived at the Razende Bol (“Raging Ball”), a sandbank that covers an area of around five km², but they were stopped from rescuing the animal by authorities. At 7:30PM a lethal injection was given to the 12-metre long and 25 tonne heavy mammal, named Johannes by the Dutch. Newspaper Telegraaf subsequently confirmed the death of the whale that earlier managed to free itself from the sandbank but returned after an hour.

Activist Lenie ‘t Hart posted a Twitter message from the site of the murder on Friday night saying:

“Humpback whale hits its murderers with its tail, but they continue. Lots of blood. We have footage.”

An earlier and so-called last-ditch rescue attempt by the Royal Dutch Rescue Society and seals and birds center Ecomare on Thursday failed, when the net that was supposed to move the whale to deeper waters broke and the helicopter that assisted the action ran out of fuel with apparently no additional fuel or a replacement helicopter available. By then, a spokesperson of Ecomare said a lethal injection to kill the animal was not an option because of the 16 cm layer of fat under its skin, so it was “forced to die a natural death on the sandbank”.

But things changed on Friday afternoon when a report by Dutch NOS News mentioned that the skeleton of the according to experts still very lively whale will be transported to nature museum Naturalis in the city of Leiden. It prompted a sailor of shipping company Noordgat from the island of Texel to organize an independent rescue attempt which was lauded by many citizens who offered their help. The team arrived at the sandbank around 8PM, an hour before high water which would have been a perfect circumstance to rescue the whale – only to find out the animal was already given the injection.

Noordgat’s aim was to blow a trench through which the whale could be refloated. Sailor and organizer Joep on Twitter:

“Unfortunately, unfortunately we are at location but Johannes had a lethal injection. Shipping company Noordgat did its utmost to prevent this. #sucks”

“One hour before high water so before we could even try. #BastardBehaviour”.

Initially the municipality of Texel forbade the rescue attempt by the shipping company but later on they gave their approval. Only on Friday evening the Dutch Animal Party reported to have contacted the Minister of Economic Affairs on the situation, who promised to “reconsider” the killing of the whale. This promise however happened at the same time the whale was killed.

The murder of the humpback whale caused a flood of outrage and anger on Twitter by Dutch users using the #bultrug (“#humpback”) hashtag.

“I guess we need #baywatch for animals in #Holland! Shame on you all @dolfinarium & @museumnaturalis @gemeentetxl #Texel #bultrug #humpback”, Twitter user @HansKorpershoek wrote.

Activist Lenie ‘t Hart added at 9:30PM:

“Experienced whale rescuers of Terschelling can no longer cope with witnessing the humpback whale being killed. They could have saved him in two hours”.

Why worrying about one whale?

While reading the “tweets” on this topic today, I frequently stumbled upon messages such as: “How hypocritical; what about the numerous whales that are killed in Japan each year?” or “You seem to forget that today many people starved to death as well”. Such messages apparently are meant to put a certain situation into a certain perspective, resulting in the conclusion that it is highly excessive and shortsighted to react in a certain way because somewhere else the situation is way worse than the one that you are focusing on.

First of all, let me say that from an universal point of view it is hard to decide which situation is harder or worse than the other. In our perception the killing of one whale is less bad than the killing of a thousand whales, while we experience the killing of a thousand people as worse than the killing of a thousand whales. But is it? I would say it is all equally bad. Because – secondly and most importantly – the concept of “don’t be so silly to worry about this one because over there are a thousand others in the same situation; they are many so for that reason their situation is worse than the individual’s one” builds on the sad and widespread misconception that we are disconnected individuals.

We are not. We, and all other forms of life and consciousness, are an aspect of the Whole. The concept of humans being superior to animals because we consider them to be lesser forms of life, as well as the concept of the suffering of a group being worse than the suffering of an individual only exist in our minds. Therefore the horror of murdering a whale is equally important as the horror of murdering a larger number of whales, and also equally important as the horror of murdering one or more human beings.

If you treat animals badly and without respect, you will treat people badly and without respect as well. Ultimately, you will treat yourself badly and without respect. If you truly respect yourself for what you are, you will respect all life, no matter what form it may take or in which numbers it exists.

And finally, at a higher level every species has a collective mind, so when a human being sends positive energy – which could be just an empathic thought to let’s say a suffering whale in the Netherlands – the other members of the species will benefit from it as well. For that reason we don’t have to physically go to Japan in order to change the situation of its whales, or in order to change any other bad situation in the world. We have the power to make a healing change just from where we are at this very moment.

UPDATE 1: On Saturday afternoon local time, Dutch media reported that the lethal injection that was given to the humpback whale on Friday night has failed to kill the animal. The mammal turned out to be strong enough to survive 19 hours of deathly poison in its body. A new attempt to murder the whale will be done today.

Veterinarians earlier said the injection was justified because the whale had become “extremely weak”. This was already refuted on Friday by volunteer rescuers who witnessed it was still “alive and kicking” like a young man from shipping company Noordgat wrote at his Facebook page.

UPDATE 2: An attempt to give the whale the second lethal injection failed on Saturday. Activist Lenie ‘t Hart reported that the whale was “too active” to make the veterinarians do their killer job. She called on the police to allow the rescue team to the area.

UPDATE 3: On Saturday night at 8PM, an hour before high water, the vessel of society Sea Shepherd was also stopped from rescuing the whale by police who refused to revoke the emergency ordinance in the area.

UPDATE 4: On Sunday morning local time, activist Lenie ‘t Hart and a team of people who wanted to rescue the humpback whale were finally allowed to the area, and have concluded that the whale has died.

UPDATE 5: Lenie ‘t Hart writes in Dutch language on her Twitter account:

(December 16, 10:00 UTC) Last night there were four men in white suites at the humpback whale. Two helicopters lit up the terrain. Likely the humpback has been killed then.

(December 16, 13:00 UTC) Witnesses tell on Wednesday authorities sent all rescuers away. The whale still could have been rescued easily by then.

(December 16, 14:00 UTC) Naturalis has started to cut the humpback in pieces, those scavengers didn’t waste any time. According to witnesses, 30 seals are watching it happening. If [Naturalis] sprayed poison, the seals should be careful.

The increasing economic crisis and related popular turmoil aren’t the only things Greece has to battle: after having been declared free of malaria almost 40 years ago, the country now does its utmost to prevent the mosquito-borne disease from making a comeback.

According a report published in Eurosurveillance on November 22, outbreaks of locally transmitted malaria since 2011 in the regions of Laconia and East Attica make it urgent to increase surveillance and take mosquito control measures to eliminate the risk of the disease becoming re-established.

In addition, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control writes:

Since June 2012, Greece is reporting malaria cases due to Plasmodium Vivax infection. Local control measures have been implemented in accordance with national guidelines.

As of 26 October, 76 cases of malaria were reported by the national public health authorities: 60 imported and 16 autochthonous cases.

Greece isn’t the only country that has to combat insect-induced plagues and diseases as well. On June 5, the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) of the United Nations sounded the alarm over the rise of desert locusts in NATO-occupied Libya, which put croplands in the country and in nearby African countries at imminent risk of destruction.

FAO senior locust forecasting officer Keith Cressman told the Financial Times that “the fall of Gaddafi was an enormous factor, to be honest. It depleted the Libyans’ capacity to monitor and respond as they normally would.”

The Jamahiriya government, led by Muammar Gaddafi, tightly controlled the country’s locust population, regularly sending convoys of survey and pest control vehicles into the desert areas where locusts breed, Cressman said. Libyan convoys even came to the aid of other African countries facing locust infestations.

Given the fact that malaria made its comeback to Greece after four decades which equals the period during which the Libyan Jamahiriya government successfully operated in national and international pest control before the Western war forced it to neglect these operations, it isn’t that far-fetched to conclude that Greece’s malaria outbreak is yet another adverse consequence of the violent NATO-coup in Libya.
